 General terms of use for the FUENSO 20 Euros Voucher

• To use this voucher, the customer must contact the Hospes Infinite Places Reservation Centre: Tel.: 902 254 255 from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:30. e-mail: reservations@fuenso.com and mention that part of the invoice will be paid with FUENSO Vouchers.
• When making the reservation, the following details must be provided: name, surname, telephone, e-mail, ID number, full address and the FUENSO Voucher number.
• The customer will choose the destination, services, check-in and check-out dates. Subject to hotel and room type availability.
• Upon making the reservation, the customer will be responsible for paying for the cost of the reservation after deducting the value of the voucher, and this value cannot exceed 25% of the total invoice amount with taxes included, the necessary information will be requested for this. The customer will need a credit card to secure the reservation (VISA, American Express, MasterCard or Diners).
• The Fuenso voucher has a nominal value of 20 Euros and must be used for the total value.
• The Fuenso voucher may be used to pay for services and/or products available at Hospes Amérigo, Hospes Palau de la Mar, Hospes Palacio de los Patos, Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza, Hospes Palacio del Bailio, Hospes Maricel, Hospes Villa Paulita y Hospes Madrid. It will not be accepted at Hospes Lancaster and El Palauet Living Barcelona Private Residence.
• The Fuenso voucher cannot be used to pay for services and/or products in Senzone Taste Discoveries.
• Cancellations or modifications cannot be made after a reservation has been confirmed.
• This gift voucher cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• The customer must provide the original voucher upon arrival at the hotel. If the voucher is not original, it will be cancelled.
• This gift voucher is valid until March 31st of 2012. If not used before this date, the customer will not receive any kind of compensation.
• The person who benefits from this gift voucher accepts these General Terms of Use.
