The best breakfast in the world

For many, having breakfast is an art. But all art needs time. For that reason, the Maricel Breakfast (“The Best Breakfast in the World”, according to the unanimous decision of the restaurant critics meeting at the Second “Madrid Fusion” Gastronomic Summit) can be enjoyed for two hours.

The offer is as follows: there is no menu or buffet, but an improvised menu that changes according to the ingredients then in season. Various courses are included, so that the meal can last as long as the customer wishes. This "totally innovative culinary experience" consists of a tasting menu of multiple courses, which can feature such surprises as appetizing juices and milkshakes or chocolate with spices, sweet or salty butters, an ample variety of aromatic breads, mini-yogurt with spices and fruit compote, chocolates and creams, pastries, and fruits and vegetables, or the spectacular shot glass of onion and tomato with quail egg.
