Senzone Restaurant

One hundred percent Andalusia. From the building, which was built in 13th century and is a magnificent example of Sevillian architecture, to its decorations of wood, woven needle grass and stone, to the special light that reaches the diners seated in the courtyard from the large glass windows, to its culinary offerings: Andalusian roots with a view to the future. Something out of the ordinary.

For the appetizers, the cream of salmorejo with ham and hardboiled egg, or the red peppers stuffed with ox tail stew. From the fish choices, there is turbot in a red wine reduction and wheat purée, or the cod with foamed alioli and tomato compote. For meats, there is Iberian pork cheek stewed in the traditional method, served with mashed potatoes, or the veal sirloin in red wine caramel on a bed of roasted vegetables. Finally, the desserts, such as foamed cheese with cacao and a coffee and liqueur biscuit, or the chocolate coulant with bitter orange sauce and berry ice cream.

The Senzone restaurant is reached via the main entrance of the Hospes Las Casas Del Rey De Baeza, and is open to the general public.
