Located in the ground floor of the Hospes Palau del Mar, the Senzone restaurant has a pure and avant-garde styling.

Those who have been there, often recommend the rock octopus with citrus, the red noodles, tuna steaks prepared with tomato and black olives, red mullet with garlic and pepper and cauliflower rice or the toasted bread with pear, smoked tea and lime. And as is the rule in any Senzone establishment, the wine list features a selection of local Valencian wines.

The restaurant is only 500 metres from the historical centre of Valencia, in the Eixample Noble area, right next to the Turia Gardens.

The restaurant can be entered from the independent entrance from Navarro Reverter Street and has seating capacity for 36 persons.
