Personal data collected through the different forms included in www.hospes.com will be stored on an automated file system, which property belongs to this company, with the aim of offering you our best attention and informing you about our services and promotions with your prior consent expressed by the acceptance of the conditions of these forms.

Text and graphic elements (photograph, design, logos, font code and other similar) included on the website and spread through it, as well as its presentation and its editing, belong exclusively to HOSPES HOTELES S.L., and are protected by Spanish and the UE regulations in the ambit of the intellectual property, according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April which passes the Revised Text of the Copyright Law and the Act 5/1998 of 6 March on the Incorporation to the Spanish Law of the Directive 96/9/EC on the Legal Protection of Database.

Its reproduction is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization by HOSPES HOTELES S.L.
