Includes:

Visit of the Dehesa (farm). Visit the factory and ham drying facilities.

Tasting 

Transfer including driver from 9:00 to 15:00h (to and from the hotel - dehesa-drying facilities - hotel)

Schedule:

9:00h depart from the hotel

10:30h tour of the Dehesa (in English or Spanish)

11:30h departure for the factory

12:00h arrival at the factory. Guests change clothes and visit the drying and storage facilities.

13:00 - 14:00h Tasting of ham and possibility of buying hams.

VISIT AND TOUR OF THE FLAMENCO MUSEUM - www.museoflamenco.com

Flamenco music and dancing transmits the true spirit of Seville.

Price: 30€ per person

Includes: Private visit and tour of the museum (1 hour). A flamenco show with other visitors (1 hour).

Period: All year round, from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:00h.

DEMONSTRATION OF HAM SLICING AND TASTING EVENT WITH IBERIAN HAM AND ANDALUSIAN WINES 

At the Hospes Las Casas del Ray de Baeza. The best way to discover the art of slicing Iberian ham presented by José Manuel Núñez, ham cutter of the hotel, Golden Knife award 2006 and Madrid Fusión Award.
