Starter. To choose one:

  • Confit of artichokes with egg cooked at low temperature and Iberian touch 
  • Andalusian gazpacho with traditional toppings
  • Hummus with wheat and corn toast

Main dish.To choose one:

  • Cod at low temperature with sweet and sour peppers
  • Turkey leg with creamy smoked potatoes
  • Creamy rice with oxtail and scallions

Dessert. To choose one:

  • Pain perdu with custard
  • “Tocinillo de cielo” rich crème caramel with whipped cream
  • Seasonal fruit salad with yoghurt foam
