Mushrooms month in Hospes Palacio de los Patos

The Los Patos Restaurant of the Hospes Hotel, presents its “Seasonal mushrooms menu”, which selection has been made by its Chef.

From November 13th to November 19th, the Los Patos Restaurant will have for its customers a lunch menu of five courses with an avant-garde line and a traditional base, that will surprise you thanks to its singular elaboration, for the textures and the flavors that the Chef has accomplished. The chef has made in every dish the quality of the seasonal products the main protagonist.

The tasting has a Price of 38 euros per person with VAT included; it has paired with “house broths” and mineral water. The tasting starts with a surprise by the Chef, following an appetizer “Mushrooms cappuccino with milk foam and a touch of cinnamon”, we continue with “Eel scrambled eggs with Iberian ham” and a “Fideua with mushrooms, Iberian ham and duck”. In order to finish these dishes, “Black cherry pie with cheese cream and chocolate ice-cream”. All the dishes are served individually for each diner.

Besides this menu, during all the month of November you can taste a selection of 10 dishes with the mushrooms as a protagonist. We have at your disposal two hours of free parking.

The Restaurant is located in the Hotel Boutique Hospes Palacio de los Patos, we count also with a nice terrace, the hotel represents a combination of two buildings that are looked each other with complicity: the Los Patos Palace, as a taken care reconversion of a XIX palace of classic and industrial architecture named as “Heritage of Cultural Interest”, and faced in front of the Alabastro Building, of a new floor with a mix of profundity and transparency with a majestic and subtle decoration, where you can find the Bodyna Spa with a nice zone of waters.
