For the first time in Andalusia, CajaGranada together with El Corte Inglés launches the exhibition “Coco Chanel, Beyond Fashion” that will be available to the public until December 10, 2017.
This exhibition presents a journey through the life of the French designer who opted for simplicity and style, revolutionizing women’s fashion. Coco was one of the most influential designers of the 20th century.
Through more than 70 works by artists such as Dalí, Picasso, Man Ray, Cecil Beaton or Cocteau, as well as costume pieces and inspirational accessories, the influence of Coco Chanel in fashion is demonstrated a little today. There are also photographs, prints, paintings and sculptures that will be part of this exhibition.
