At Ampar Restaurant we offer you a taste of Valencia by our chef Carlos Julián with delicious dishes with attention to detail where the fresh produce from the Valencian orchard, seafood and, of course, rice in all its variants are the main ingredients.

Exquisite elaborations

Rock octopus and citrus fruits, red fideuá, sorra tuna loin, tomato and black olive, red mullet with all i pebre and cauliflower rice, pear coca… Whatever your tastes, in our restaurant you can delight yourself with flavours and textures that will leave you wanting to repeat.
