Opening this friday 15 of April of Fondillón Resturant, new space of high gastronomy in Hospes Amérigo*****

With access to the Pasaje de Amérigo, the Fondillón Restaurant opens this next friday in the city of Alicante, with a taken care minimalist decoration, this intimate and cozy space offers a fussion of mediterranean cook with trendsetter techniques.

The Chef Patricia Dios will offer a selection of dishes prepared with crayfish, rock fish, sprouts, mushrooms, market fish and delicious meats, to finish we offer a selection of sweets to the same level of the cuisine.

Fondillón Restaurant, will also offer the possibility to taste the menú in the Pasaje de Amérigo, an exlusive reserved zone for the Resturant.
