THE PRESTIGIOUS CHEF EXTREMEÑO, JOSÉ PIZARRO, WILL BE PART OF THE JURY OF THE “NATIONAL PRIZE FOR BLOGGERS TO THE BEST COVER CACERÑA”

ONLY ONE WEEK FOR THE PARTICIPATION LIMIT DATE. THE NEXT 3 JULY FINISHES THE PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION, the 10th of july will be announced the finalists and the 4th of september the three winner. THE 18TH OF SEPTEMBER 2015 THE CONTESTANTS OF THE THREE WINNER TAPAS WILL PICK THEIR PRIZES IN THE Hotel Palacio de Arenales & Spa (Cáceres) AND THERE THEY WILL COOK THEIR TAPAS ALONGISDE WITH A PROFESSIONAL CHEF.

The prestigious chefs from Extremadura, José Pizarro, the most famous Spanish chef in London, where he has two open restaurants, will be part of the jury. Next to him will also be a member of the Extremeña Gastronomy Academy, one of the Jerte Cherry Designation of Origin, the Chef of the Las Corchuelas Restaurant, a representative of the Hospes Hotels Hotel Chain Infinite Places, a gastronomic critic of the Cope Chain and a gastronomic journalist from the newspaper of Extremadura.

The Hotel Hospes Palacio de Arenales & Spa ha impulsado este premio, en colaboración con la Academia Extremeña de Gastronomía, Cáceres Capital de Gastronomía 2015 y la Denominación de Origen Cereza del Jerte, con la finalidad de seleccionar las mejores tapas realizadas por blogueros gastronómicos, premiando el uso para su elaboración de productos de la gastronomía cacereña. En este sentido, se valorará de forma especial la utilización de la cereza como ingrediente.

The prize, whose bases are deposited before a notary, will fall on the three best tapas, bloggers, related to Extremaduran cuisine. Participants can send their recipes until July 3 to the email caceresgastronomiapremio@hospes.com. On July 10 the finalists will be announced and on September 4 the three winners will be announced. On September 18, 2015 the contestants of the three winning tapas will collect their prize at the Hotel Hospes Palacio de Arenales (Cáceres) and there they will cook their tapa together with a professional chef.
