In the vibrant Eixample Noble district, Bodyna offers a refined respite. It is not about isolating oneself from the surroundings, but about harmonising with them.
The wellness area, located on the ground floor, features a jacuzzi pool, a Turkish bath and a sauna to release tension and where the pace naturally slows down. On the first floor, the treatment cabins open onto the Mediterranean Garden. The light filters in gently, the greenery softens the gaze and the air feels lighter.
Here, Mediterranean light accompanies the body as it finds its own rhythm.
