Dinner-Presentation of the New Autumn Letter of the Ampar Restaurant with Tasting Menu and Musical Evening

Thursday September 27th at the Ampar Restaurant – Hotel Hospes Palau de la Mar

At the Ampar Restaurant we already celebrate the arrival of autumn with a new letter according to the season. For this we offer the best of our gastronomy in a delicious Dinner with Tasting Menu in the ideal setting of this Boutique Hotel located in a Noucentista building of the Valencian Ensanche.

Diners will enjoy a magnificent selection of dishes that arrive in the new menu and that has been chosen for the occasion by the Executive Chef of the Hotel and the Carlos Julián Restaurant, consisting of: to start the Chef’s Appetizer, as fresh Valencian cockles starters with citrus air and its contrasts, followed by the egg at low temperature with creamy cecina, mushrooms and mantle of its juice.

Then serve two main dishes of fish and meat such as the squid at low temperature with saffron and roe of lumpo, as well as the Carré de lamb Wellington 12 hours with mango chutney; and to finish the Ampar 4.0 chocolate Trampantojo that will put a delicious final sweet touch. During the dinner they will also serve water, soft drinks and beers, to finish with a selection of coffees and infusions.

To enhance the textures and flavors of the dishes our 2nd Maitre Sommelier of the Hotel Pascual Tejada, winner of the last Contest to the Best Sommelier of the Valencian Community in 2018, will offer a personalized Marriage that will round off the evening.

And if all this were not enough, the attendees will also enjoy the musical entertainment of the guitar duo formed by Franc Oltra and Rubén Hidalgo, who will interpret current issues putting an appropriate soundtrack to such a special event.
