What to see and do in Alicante

Santa Barbara Castle

At a height of 160 meters, Santa Barbara Castle should be the first thing to visit in Alicante. Historically, from this point and altitude, the city was guarded and protected from its enemies and pirates. The castle has been conserved in a very good condition. St. Nicholas Cathedral

The co-cathedral of St. Nicholas stands on the site of an ancient Arab mosque. This temple is now the most famous and oldest religious building in the city. The co-cathedral, with a Renaissance and Gothic style, was built in the 15th century. It has a beautiful cloister, sober facade and highly decorated chapels, where we highlight the altarpiece of St. Nicholas, Our Father Jesus and St. Raphael.

Postiguet Beach
