The Traditional Valencian Fest “Las Fallas” are back, it’s time to make a getaway and see the city in all its glory!

From the 1st to the 19th of March, the firecrackers will return to Valencia’s Town Hall Square. After two years of interruption due to the coronavirus pandemic, the central enclave of the capital of the Turia, popularly known as the Cathedral of gunpowder, will once again bring together thousands of people every day at two o’clock in the afternoon to commemorate the pyrotechnic tradition of Valencia and the Fallas. Valencia is discovered by tasting its gastronomy, where rice is the dominant ingredient in all its facets, forms and flavours. Our chef Carlos Julián is a magician in the kitchen making the best rice dishes in Valencia and has prepared a special Rice Days menu exclusively for the Fallas. This menu will be available from the 7th to the 17th of March, during lunch time, so make your reservation!
