On Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 November will take place the Forum of the Iberian 2017, an important event for professionals and food enthusiastics who will study the cuisine of the Iberian through lectures, tastings, classes and debates.
All these activities will be treated by national and international gastronomy specialists, it will also be direct to the public.
This forum will last two days therefore it will be divided into two parts. In addition, the I International Cooking Competition will be held with Iberian, where the Salamantine community prepares dishes with Iberian: modern recipes, old, actual, not so recognized and fusion.
One of the main reasons for this event is to position Salamanca as a benchmark for national and international gastronomy and to promote gastronomic tourism. Also mentioning that an event of this nature has never been developed in Salamanca.
