In a pleasant atmosphere, the Ampar Restaurant offers you this succulent Valenine’s Day Menu, with a cocktail Kir Royale as a welcome, followed by two delicious starters such as Foie olives  in their habitat (paired with White Wine Manuel Manzaneque Chardonnay D.O.P. Finca Élez) and an excelent dish Crunchy Iberian with red shrimp (paired with Rosé Wine Vegamar Huella de Merlot Rosé D.O. Valencia), and ending with a classic of always like the Lacquered Piglet and baked at low temperature (paired with Red Wine Valdubón Roble D.O. Ribera del Duero). For dessert our delicious Enchanted Rose will be servedmade with Chocolate with Crunchy and Osmotized Apple (paired with Moscatel Sweet Wine Moscatel de Mendoza D.O. Alicante).
