This 21th of july will open their gastes in Madrid the new Malvar space, an innovative concept in the main Puerta de Alcalá, that gets together gastronomy, cocktails and events.
Malvar situated in the Plaza de la Independencia counts with an exterior space with tempting decoration, plants, malvas and different elements that will take us to a refreshing and exclusive garden, it also counts with an interior space where you can feel intimacy and calm, the label of Hospes in their decoration.
The new gastronomic offers that provide Malvar are based in market products with innovative elaborations, a tour through local gastronomy that without a doubt you cannot miss, like a cherry gazpacho with mixtures, tuna tartare with wakame and wasabi mayonnaise, pulpo carpaccio with potato parmentier base and A.O.V.E., between many other offers.
You can’t leave aside their “Malvar Cocktail” made with Gin Fizz, açaí liquour and Malva. Malvar presents a very interesting offer in cocktails for this summer, that going along side with music and good environment, makes this place an innovative bet, where you can taste authentic Shishas, prepared under the most strict ritual.
