Valencia

Open to the sea and open to the world, Valencia is a city that has seamlessly blended tradition and modernity. A city of light, colour and market gardens, it combines its historical heritage with a contemporary outlook that places it among the most dynamic destinations in the Mediterranean.

Situated on Calle Navarro Reverter, Hospes Palau de la Mar enjoys a prime location that allows guests to explore the city with ease and style. A truly Mediterranean gastronomy

Valencia is also defined by its cuisine. Rice dishes, produce from the local vegetable gardens and a seafaring tradition characterise a cuisine that is internationally renowned and savoured with the same passion with which life is lived. At Hospes Palau de la Mar, that same essence is reflected in a refined dining experience where produce from the land and the sea find their most contemporary expression.
