On February 14th, the event will begin at 6:00 PM, welcoming all couples to Sala D. Filipa, a space boasting 135 square meters of pure elegance. The dinner will be a symphony of flavors, accompanied by the melody of two violinists, providing a refined and unique atmosphere, decorated by Torre Bella with all the details to celebrate love.

The gastronomic experience begins with Duck Ham, served with truffle crumble and condiments, followed by delicate Scallop Carpaccio, shiitake mushrooms, and yuzu sauce. Main courses include Roasted Turbot, leeks, caviar, and “Beurre Blanc” champagne sauce, as well as Veal Loin, seasonal vegetables, and pistachio pesto. The night culminates in a sweet and passionate moment, where the irresistible Chocolate and Strawberry Entremet, red fruit sorbet, and Bailey’s pearls will be served.
