New Spring – Summer menu at the Ampar Restaurant

The Ampar Restaurant presents its Spring-Summer Menu and its new Wine List, and celebrates it with Gastronomic Days in which it offers a Tasting Menu paired especially for the occasion.

From Saturday May 12 to Sunday 20, the Ampar Restaurant, located in the Hospes Boutique Hotel Palau de la Mar, celebrates Gastronomic Days to show its menu of the summer period, which has been designed by its Executive Chef Carlos Julián, who has the support in the room of the Maître Xavier Castellanos and all his team, which highlights the Sommelier Pascual Tejada, recently awarded with the award for Best Sommelier of the Valencian Community of 2018.

For this occasion the Chef has made a selection of products and elaborations that will be a small sample of the extensive menu that can be tasted this summer, based on a high-quality market product.

The Days will take a culinary journey through creative cuisine, passing through tradition and granting small whims in the dessert. All this without leaving aside the local market product, star in all its dishes, as well as a delicate preparation and presentation.

Each pass of the seven perfectly coordinated dishes that make up this menu are unique and special, a display of sensations, the days are a great opportunity to learn about the pleasant culinary surprises that Carlos Julián’s rich gastronomy offers us and the exclusive atmosphere of the Ampar Restaurant .
